Thanks to my dietitian's help, I’ve identified my trigger foods & know how to substitute them with other options.

Before working with Romanwell, I was having a lot of UC symptoms including 5-6 bowel movements per day along with severe cramping, I was constantly exhausted, my diet was restricted to only foods that I considered safe, I was very stressed & also not sleeping very well. I’d been following Romanwell for almost 6 months before my initial consultation. I’d no hesitation because their content was so straight-forward & covered all the info possible on any topic.

I was absolutely clueless regarding what I needed to do to get better.
